My boyfriend and I moved here as our first place together. We love it. The location is great and everyone is very friendly. The apartment was renovated just before we moved in which was a huge plus. The management is very helpful and always gets back to our emails quickly.

Moving in was virtually effortless. I am very happy with my residence at the Oasis. Management offers help to me with whatever I need. She is very friendly and is completely professional with her work. I would definitely recommend the Oasis to those looking for a great place to live!

Even though this is an older building, it's been very quiet and maintenance is done regularly. All it takes is a call to the manager if you have a problem. Many of the neighbors have been here a long time. I love the proximity to downtown Burbank.
